Police Charge Teen Driver In Crash That Killed 2 Oakton High Students
A grand jury indicted the 18-year-old driver who killed two Oakton High School students as they walked home from school in a crash earlier this month. Several others were also seriously injured in the June 7 wreck. Usman Shahid, 18, of Fairfax, is expected to turn himself over to authorities on Thursday, June 23, Fairfax County police announced. Shahid will be arraigned on involuntary manslaughter charges, officials said.
