Stafford resident Anthony Pittman was taken into custody on Friday following an incident that played out on Thursday afternoon. A Virginia State Trooper who saw the truck initiated a traffic stop around 2:30 a.m., but the driver refused, and sped away taking Exit 3 for Duke Street, Virginia State Police said.
