Brian Christopher Francis is to be considered "armed and dangerous" as the FBI continues to search for one of their most wanted suspects who allegedly murdered one person and attempted to kill another in Maryland. Francis, 41, is wanted in connection to an apartment shooting in Hagerstown in late July earlier this year, according to federal officials. Two people were found dead in the residence, one of whom died and another who suffered serious injuries.
