Speeding Fredericksburg Driver Dies In I-95 Crash: State Police A 34-year-old Fredericksburg man was killed in a crash on I-95 earlier this week. Lord Elsun J. Warren was heading south on the highway when his 2012 Nissan Altima ran off the left side of the road and struck a jersey wall around 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, Virginia State Police said. Warren, whose vehicle crashed at mile marker 146 in Stafford County, was taken to Stafford Hospital, where he later died. The driver was believed to have been speeding and not wearing a seatbelt, police said. The crash remains under investigation.
