A 34-year-old Virginia man is facing charges in Pennsylvania for chatting with juveniles online and soliciting explicit images from them, authorities said. The tips regarding Jesse Abercrombie, of Stafford, came in to the Stafford County Sheriff's Computer Crime Unit in October 2023, Sheriff David Decatur said. A 37-year-old Stafford woman was more than twice the legal limit when she struck a Tesla with a child in her car, then fled the scene, authorities said.
