Stafford County law enforcement seeks to identify the suspect who got violent as she stole items from a Walmart, officials said.On August 27, at around 3 p.m., a woman was acting suspicious at a self-checkout station in the Walmart located at 125 Washington Square Plaza, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
She was confronted by a loss prevention officer, who she slapped across the face before leaving the store with the unpaid items, police reported.

Fredericksburg police seek to identify three individuals who shoplifted from a Best Buy, officials said.On August 25, surveillance footage showed three suspects, an adult woman and two adult men, leaving with items they stole, according to the Fredericksburg Police Department.
The woman was wearing a multi-colored sweatshirt with matching pants, and a disposable face mask, police said.

Shoplifter Assaults Deputies, Attempts To Grab Firearm In Struggle: Police
An Ashburn man was arrested after he assaulted two officers when they confronted him about shoplifting, police said.
On July 26 at around 1 p.m., Sady Ashkar, 32, was approached by officers at the Sterling Costco in the 21300 block of Pride Cascades Plaza, as he was in the process of shoplifting, according to Loudoun County Police.
When deputies attempted to detain Ashkar, he resisted the arrest and assaulted two officers, officials said.
Police said an officer tased Ashkar, which seemed to have no affect on him, before Ashkar tackled the officer to the ground and threw the taser.
