A Fourth of July shooting is under investigation in Stafford County after a man and several vehicles were struck by gunfire, according to the sheriff's office. Police have identified the motorcyclist killed in a Stafford crash Thursday, March 14. Michael Pickeral was heading east on Joshua Road when he was struck by a westbound driver that swerved into oncoming traffic just after 5:15 p.m., the sheriff's office said.
