Drug Bust: Firearms, Porsche, $138K In Cash Seized From Four Virginia Men, Cops Say Police have made four arrests and seized a mass quantity of drugs and evidence in a Virginia bust. Matthew Powers, 33, of Alexandria; Mondell Opoku, 32, of Woodbridge; Andres Blacno, 27 of Clinton, MD; and Ali Banihashemi, 32, of Burke; were charged with various drug offenses and more, Fairfax County police said.
