The National Weather Service has released snowfall totals for the DMV in this week's storm. In Maryland, Sabillasville which appears to have gotten the most amount of snow: 8.5 inches on Tuesday, Feb. 13, the NWS said. In Virginia, Gavel Springs in Frederick County got about 4.5 inches. Vandal Charged In Connection To Anti-Semitic Graffiti Spray-Painted In Maryland
Police have arrested a man in connection to recent antisemitic vandalism in Pikesville, authorities say. Benjamin Katz, 31, was arrested and charged in connection to the vandalism in the 10800 block of Greenspring Avenue, according to Baltimore County police. As previously reported by Daily Voice, a swastika and the word "Cox", which is believed to be a reference to Governor candidate Dan Cox, were spray-painted on a group of mailboxes. Dead Baltimore County Music Teacher Was Recording People Without Their Knowledge: Police
Numerous of recordings taken of people without their knowledge were recovered from the home of a deceased Baltimore County music instructor, authorities said. Scott Tiemann, 46, taught music lessons at several schools in the area as well as at his Pikesville home up until his death, Baltimore County Police said. Tiemann was to have died by suicide, Fox Baltimore reports. Police did not reveal exactly if the recordings were of Tiemann's students, how many there were or detailed their content.
