New details have been released by the Prince George's County Police Department as they continue to investigate a crash that left a 51-year-old District man dead. Leesburg Pike Reopens Following Fatal Crash In Fairfax County Intersection
A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a driver near a busy intersection in Fairfax County on Saturday morning, police say. Officers were called before 5 a.m. on July 20 to the area of Leesburg Pike and Downey Drive in Great Falls, where a woman was hit by a car, which remained at the scene. The woman was evaluated and treated at the scene before first responders pronounced her dead. Following the crash, Leesburg Pike was shut down for hours in the area while detectives investigated. Teen Critical After Being Struck By Car In Fairfax County
A teen remains hospitalized in critical condition after being struck by a car in Fairfax County. The teen was at Rt. 50 and Annandale Road in West Falls Church, when they were struck by a driver who remained at the scene Thursday evening, Oct. 19. Rt. 50's eastbound lanes were closed. Pedestrian Killed Walking Near Busy VA Intersection, Police Say
A pedestrian died after being struck by a driver on Friday morning near a busy Fairfax County intersection. Police confirmed that one person was killed while walking along Richmond Highway (Route 1) and Fairfax County Parkway in the Fort Belvoir area, though the circumstances surrounding the fatal strike are still under investigation.
