Motorcyclist, 28, Killed By DUI Driver In Virginia, Cops Say: 'Young Man, Big Heart'
A drunk driver is facing charges for a crash that killed a 28-year-old motorcyclist in Fairfax County overnight, police said.
Santos Adrian Ventura Fuentes, 34, of Alexandria, was heading east on Memroail Street in a 2007 Ford F-150 when he entered the South Kings Highway intersection in Groveton around 1:15 a.m., county police said.
That's when Jonathan Bartell, 28, who was heading south on South Kings Highway, struck the driver's side of Fuentes' pickup on his Kawasaki ZX, police said.

Police ID Motorcyclist, 35, Killed In I-66 Crash
Police have identified the 35-year-old motorcyclist killed in a crash on Interstate 66 over the weekend.
Cody P. Riley, 36, of Owens Cross Roads, AL, was riding east at an excessive rate of speed on a 2018 Yamaha FZ09, when he lost control around 8:25 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, Virginia State Police said.
Riley was thrown from the vehicle in the express lanes at the 60 mile marker. His bike came to rest on the left shoulder.
Riley, who was wearing a helmet, was taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital where he died that day.

Police ID Motorcyclist Killed In Northern Virginia Crash
Police in Prince William County have identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash on Tuesday, Aug. 22.
Muhammad Mubashar, 30, of Manassas, was operating his bike at a high rate of speed south on Lake Jackson, when he lost control while navigating a turn in the roadway, around 10:30 p.m., county police said.
The motorcycle left the roadway and traveled up an embankment, where the Mubashar came off the bike and struck a tree. He was transported to an area hospital where he died on Wednesday, Aug. 23.

A community is coming together to support the family of a man killed while riding his motorcycle, only hours after he posted videos of him on his bike, according to GoFundMe.
Ryan Reece fatally struck a minivan around 8 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 11 while in the area of Renner Road and Leonardtown Road, according to The Baynet.
