'Hello I Hit Your Car': DUI Driver Leaves Crash Scene Confession, Stafford Sheriff Says
A 22-year-old Stafford man was arrested for DUI, and penned a confession at the scene of an accident last week, authorities said.
A Stafford County sheriff's deputy spotted debris in the roadway from a damaged blue Toyota Camry around 4:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 11, Sheriff David Decatur said.
Then, the deputy saw a male in the driver’s seat of a damaged grey Mazda CX-3, Justin Hart, parked nearby. The deputy made contact with the driver of a nearby Mazda, who said he'd just struck an unoccupied Toyota and was leaving a note.

Two unbelted men died and a woman was in critical condition following a head-on crash on Interstate 495 on Tuesday, May 17, authorities said.
A Mazda 3 collided with a Buick Encore near the Chain Bridge Road exit in Fairfax, causing the Buick to burst into flames after the impact, Virginia State Police said.
The Buick driver, Patrick Mullins, 32, of Catlett, Va., and Kaan Karabekir, 28, of Bethesda, Md., who was behind the wheel of the Mazda, died at the scene. Neither were wearing a seatbelt.

Police ID Men Struck, Killed On Capital Beltway
Two men who died in a multi-vehicle wreck on the Capital Beltway Tuesday, May 17, had been hit after they got out of their car, police said.
It's unclear why, but Abdellah Bougrine, 54, of Alexandria, and Driss Bougrine, 59, stopped their Toyota Corolla in the center westbound lane of Interstate 495 around 11 p.m. near Telegraph Road and got out.
