Officers were called at 11:43 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19, to Aurora Hills Library in the 700 block of 18th Street S. for a report of disorderly conduct, Arlington County Police said. New Library, Affordable Apartments Could Be On Horizon In Reston Developer Foulger-Pratt may be able to move forward with their proposal for a brand new Reston library and affordable apartment units, FFXnow reported.
