New details have been released by Virginia State Police investigators after one was killed in an officer-involved shooting involving Maryland men following a pursuit down I-95. A carjacking suspect wanted by US Parkway Police was spotted by a Virginia State Police trooper at round 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday night driving south on I-95, which led to a lengthy police pursuit when the driver refused to stop. A second teenager will be charged as an adult following an ongoing investigation after two men were found murdered at a Silver Spring park over the summer, the Montgomery County Department of Police announced. A Virginia man is in custody after police say he stabbed his ex-girlfriend dead during an argument at her Maryland home on Tuesday morning, April 9. Kevin Derr, 50, of Alexandria, was charged with first- and second- degree murder and other offenses, in the death of Wendolyn McKoy, 47, Prince George's County police said.
