Chardonnay Was Drink Of Choice For DUI Virginia Driver With 2-Year-Old In Car: Sheriff A 55-year-old Stafford woman was arrested after a detective caught her driving drunk with a two-year-old child in the backseat, authorities said. Donna Boykin was spotted by Detective Sergeant M.E. Steininger heading north on Richmond Highway near Courthouse Road, around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said.
