Child Walking To School Bus Stop In Spotsy Struck By DUI Driver, Sheriff Says An early morning crash involving a child walking to school led to a DUI charge for a Spotsylvania woman on Wednesday who was driving recklessly, according to the sheriff's office. Local resident Jane Jenkins was arrested for suspected driving under the influence after the 53-year-old struck a girl who was walking to her bus stop. Suspect Wanted In Connection To Unarmed Kidnapping, Stolen Vehicle in DC Police are seeking a man who drove a vehicle that did not belong to him with an unknown juvenile inside, D.C. Police said. At around 6:30 p.m. August 4, the suspect stole a car from the Unit Block of Thomas Circle and subsequently, kidnapped a young girl who had been inside the vehicle, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Spotsylvania Man Shot Into Car Full Of Lost Teens Who Stopped In His Driveway: Police A Spotsylvania man faces several charges after sheriff's deputies say he shot into a car of teenagers who pulled up in front of his house after they got lost on the way to a party.  Brent David Alford, 49, told deputies that he was suspicious when the car pulled into the driveway of his Grace Hill home around 9:30 p.m. on June 18, the Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office said.
