District Man Caught On Camera Arrested Weeks After Fatal Maryland Shooting, Police Say A 33-year-old District man has been arrested for murder weeks after the Prince George's Police Department released video of him moments before the fatal shooting. Frederick Stevenson has been charged in connection to the fatal shooting of District Heights resident Daryl McCall, 30, last month in Oxon Hill. McCall was found at approximately 7:40 p.m. on Sept. 27 in the 5100 block of Indian Head Highway after he allegedly got into an altercation with Stevenson.
