James David Freeman, who identifies as Jasmine Freeman and Kelly Freeman, 38, of Reston, has been charged with robbery following the Monday, July 24 incident, police said. The victim got off a metro bus and sat on a bench near the Hunter Woods shopping center on North Shore Drive, around 8:20 p.m., police said.
