Road Rage: Driver Arrested In PWC Assault, Police Say A 33-year-old driver was arrested for assaulting another motorist over the weekend, authorities in Prince William County said. Joshua Barrett, of Woodbridge, approached a 36-year-old man around 8:05 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 13, at Botts Avenue and Horner Road, and struck him multiple times, county police said. Officers were in the area at the time and were flagged down shortly after the encounter.
