Man Who Exposed Himself At Malls Released After Fairfax County Arrest: Cops A Maryland man accused of exposing himself at two Fairfax County malls has been arrested, authorities said. Jamall Mathis, 29, is accused of exposing himself on Jan. 11 in the Spencer's store at the Fair Oaks Mall, and at the Five Below in the Springfield Mall on Oct. 12, 2023, Fairfax County police said. Online records show Mathis has ties to Waldorf and Frederick. Daily Voice has reached out to the FCPD for confirmation on his exact address in Maryland. It happened on the southbound side in Franconia at mile marker 173, the VDOT website said. Emergency response vehicles were at the scene as of 8:55 a.m. The south right lane and right shoulder are closed. The south entrance ramp narrows.

Police ID 24-Year-Old Man Hit By Several Cars And Killed In Franconia Police released the name of the 24-year-old man who was hit by several cars and killed early Friday morning in Fairfax County.  Keith Thomas was walking along Richmond Highway near the on-ramp for Interstate 95 in Franconia just before 1:30 a.m. when a 2005 GMC Sierra crashed into him, the Fairfax County police said. The impact threw him into the road, where several other cars ran over him.  The truck driver stayed and called for help. Thomas died at the scene, police said.  Investigators do not believe speed or alcohol were factors in the crash.  Thomas is the 12…
