Frederick Douglass Moorefield, Jr., 63, pleaded guilty to federal charges that include conspiracy to engage in animal fighting, specifically the fighting of dogs, and interstate travel in aid of racketeering. Three Workers Shocked, Hospitalized At Construction Site In Virginia (Developing) Three workers were shocked at a construction site on Monday morning, according to the Alexandria Police Department. An investigation was launched shortly before noon on Feb. 19 when police were called to the 6300 block of Stevenson Avenue, where three victims were reportedly electrocuted.  According to police, all three were hospitalized - two with life-threatening injuries. Their condition was not available on Monday afternoon. Breaking: Man Killed By Electrocution From Fairfax County Power Line: Police Officers were at the scene of a fatal accident involving a bucket truck on Monday, September 19, officials said.  Sometime before 1:15 p.m., a power line worker, who was operating a bucket truck on Georgetown Pike near Langley Fork Lane, was electrocuted by a power line, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. Local police arrived at the scene and the victim was pronounced dead, authorities reported. After the incident, parts of the area, between Chain Bridge and Langley Fork, were shut down, police said.
