Stafford Drunk Driver Is Repeat Offender, Causes Another Crash: Police A Stafford man was arrested after he caused a crash while drunk driving, police said. At around 4:30 p.m., on August 5, Alexander Stone, 26, crashed into the back of a van on Blue and Gray Parkway and Kings Highway, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Police said the Stone caused significant damage to the van and the driver was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. The deputies on the scene observed that Stone had glassy, red eyes and smelled strongly of alcohol, authorities said.
