A police officer in Virginia is facing charges for inappropriate conduct with at least one woman in Prince William County while on duty twice, his department announced. James Thomas Clinton, 28, was placed on administrative leave after being connected to two instances of assault in the past four months, PWCPD Lt. Jonathan Perok said in a news release. Two Virginia teens died within days of each other after apparently ingesting counterfeit Percocet laced with fentanyl, authorities said.
