DC Officer Snapped Photo Of Bra-Clad Woman While Serving Arrest Warrant: Authorities An officer with the Metropolitan Police Department has been arrested and charged with voyeurism after body-worn cameras captured him taking a photo of a woman wearing a bra and leggings while he and his colleagues were serving an arrest warrant, authorities said.
