Murder Suspect In Custody In DC For Fatal February Shooting In Capitol Heights: Police
Police say that a 21-year-old shooting suspect who was wanted for murder in Prince George’s County has been apprehended in Washington, DC and is facing multiple charges. Kareen Roshe Boyd, of DC, has been charged with murder and related charges for his role in a fatal shooting of Neeko Dukes, 21, in Capitol Heights in early February. At approximately 2:15 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 3, police say that officers were called to a home in the 1000 block of Balboa Avenue to reported homicide with one victim. Upon arrival, officers found Dukes inside of the home suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. …

A woman who was struck and killed by an SUV in Bailey's Crossroads has been identified by authorities. Police have arrested an Upper Marlboro man accused of stabbing his stepson to death over the weekend, authorities say. Prince George's County Detectives say that Jamie Porras, 68, stabbed Kelly McClary, 53, to death around 7 a.m., Friday, Oct. 7, inside of a home on Queen Anne Bridge Road. McClary was discovered with several apparent blunt force trauma and stab wounds, and was pronounced dead on the scene. Melodie Kiem was struck shortly after 6:45 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6 on Richmond Highway at the Tully Gate entrance to Fort Belvoir, according to investigators.
