Waldorf resident Charles Clark, 67, was sentenced on April 3 for sexually abusing a child who was entrusted to his care hundreds of times over the course of several years. Suspect Arrested For Trying To Sexually Coerce DC Juvenile: Police A man was arrested for coercing a child, who he believed was nine years old, to engage in sexual acts, D.C. police said.At around 8 a.m. on August 2, Damien Sisca, 50, was arrested for attempting to entice a juvenile in sexual behavior in the 600 block of D Street, Northwest, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Sisca was charged with coercion and enticement of a minor, authorities said.
