Cyclists Ride For Popular LGBTQ+ Advocate Killed In Maryland Bicycle Crash
If it weren't for Scott Binde, the Resplendent Rappahannock Ride, Bike Berryville, and Prince William County Ride may not have happened. Now, those who knew and loved him are organizing two special rides just for him. Binde, 63, of Alexandria, VA, was struck by a Toyota 4Runner while trying to cross US Route 15 and Catoctin Furnace Road in Frederick, MD on Saturday, June 1, officials said.
