Another sell-or-be-banned TikTok legislation is working its way up to the Senate. The House passed the sell-or-be-banned bill for the app (360-58) on Saturday, April 20 as part of a larger foreign aid package for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, giving Chinese TikTok owner ByteDance up to a year to sell the app. Otherwise, TikTok will be subject to a nationwide ban. A Maryland man accused of killing his bother, sister-in-law, and elderly woman over an argument that the COVID-19 vaccine was being used to poison people has been found competent to stand trial, reports CBS News. Roe V. Wade has officially been overturned by the Supreme Court, eradicating 50 years of American women's rights to abortion. The Supreme Court's decision in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization made Friday, June 24, upheld a Mississippi law that banned abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy.
