A teen shooter has been indicted on charges in connection to the fatal shooting of a popular restaurant manager who was gunned down on his way home from work, federal authorities announced. Investigators from the Metropolitan Police Department have tracked down the teen shooter who was wanted for killing a man near the Catholic University of America. For the second time in less than two weeks, a man was killed near the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Southeast DC resident Robert Lavender, 44, has been identified by police as the man who was shot in the 600 block of Monroe Street NE near 7th Street NE and later died after being rushed to an area hospital.
