Wanted Man Flees On Foot, Driver Busted After Pursuit Into Fredericksburg: Stafford Sheriff One person was arrested and a second wanted man managed to flee following a police pursuit in Stafford County that ended in Fredericksburg earlier this week. Stafford resident Cash Phelix, 18, took deputies on a wild ride on Sunday night as they sought 19-year-old Tylor Asbury, who was wanted for felony eluding in King George County, officials say.
