Serial Sexual Abuser On The Lam In DC: MPD (Updated) Police in Washington, DC have identified the 24-year-old man who remains at large after a series of sexual assaults in the District. Kevin Evans, of Northeast DC, is wanted on a DC Superior Court warrant for misdemeanor sexual abuse following a series of incidents that were reported earlier this week.
