One person was killed when an 18-year-old driver got behind the wheel with a packed car and crashed while allegedly under the influence in Arlington, police say. Brooks Bare, 18, is facing charges following the investigation into a crash that claimed the life of 19-year-old Nicholas Rados on Saturday morning in Tara-Leeway Heights.
