Police have announced the arrest of a Baltimore County driver in connection with a massive illegal car meetup where drivers antagonized officers in Fairfax County.
Brandon Extecoc Santos, 20, of Parkville, was arrested on Friday, April 19, in connection with the "street takeover" Easter Sunday, Fairfax County police announced.

Virginia Abductor Who Sexually Assaulted Near-Stranger In His Car Captured: Police
A 38-year-old Prince William County man was arrested after police say he sexually assaulted a woman riding in his car in November 2023.
Farhad Mansoori, of Woodbridge, met his victim, a woman, on Nov. 10, 2023, police in Prince William County said.
The following day, the woman was riding in Mansoori's car when he drove to an area on Touchstone Circle and sexually assaulted her, then dropped her off somewhere else, county police said March 4, 2024.
Mansoori has been charged with abduction and sexual battery. He was being held without bond.
