Anna J. Midas, 28, was last seen around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 23 on the 7800 block of Woodall Road in Norfolk, local police said in a Tuesday, Oct. 25 alert.
They describe her as having mental health issues and someone who may need medical attention.
Midas drives a black four-door Ford Fiesta with Virginia plates and may have traveled to Philadelphia, according to police.
She is described as 5'8" and 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. The woman was last seen wearing a pink ball cap, a long black coat, and purple pants, police said.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call 911 or submit an anonymous tip on the Norfolk Crime Line website.
