Logan Russell Farrell, 38, was arrested in Virginia and charged with multiple counts related to the solicitation of a minor he approached at the Spring Hill Metro Station in Tysons.

On Friday, Nov. 1, parents of a 15-year-old reported to police that their child had been solicited for sex by a suspect - later identified as Farrell - last month when he approached and offered the cash for an explicit time.

At the time, investigators made note that Farrell was a stranger to the girl, and afterward, he continued to communicate with the teen soliciting sexual acts and illicit photos.

On Saturday, Farrell was arrested and charged with trafficking of a minor, production of child pornography, and four counts of solicitation of a minor.

He's being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond.
