Fairfax County Man Accused Of Murdering 75-Year-Old Mother: Police A man was taken into custody and charged in connection to the death of his 75-year-old mother in Fairfax County. At approximately 9:40 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, officers were called to the 6300 block of Lincolnia Road to conduct a death investigation, where they found Myong Kim suffering from traumatic injuries to her upper body, police say. Investigators say that detectives determined that John Kim, 39, fatally assaulted his mother and remained at the scene until officers arrived. Both Kims are from Lincolnia.
