A repeat DUI offender was arrested in Stafford after deputies found her driving a stolen truck while under the influence, marking her third DUI charge in the last 10 years, officials say. Alisha Letourneau, 36, of Jeffersonton, was taken into custody on Saturday, Dec. 14 when she was spotted cruising in a stolen Ford F-150 in the parking lot of the Super 8 on Wicomico Drive, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
