Driver Sought After Fatal Hit-Run Crash In Virginia: Police A Good Samaritan tried to save a 51-year-old man struck by a hit-and-run driver, but the efforts failed and the man later died at an area hospital, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Officers were called shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3 to the intersection of Prince William Parkway and Lynn Street in Woodbridge when a driver found a 51-year-old man unconscious in the roadway.
