School Employee Reports Indecent Exposure Incident Outside Virginia Middle School: Police A Prince William County Schools employee got an eyeful while heading into work on Monday morning when a man exposed himself in an area parking lot, police say. Officers were called at around 5:40 a.m. on Oct. 21 to Rippon Middle School on Blackburn Road in Woodbridge to investigate a reported indecent exposure incident. According to the Prince William County Police Department, the employee was in the parking lot when an unknown man approached his vehicle, exposed himself and left the area before officers arrived at the school.
