Man Touched 7-Year-Old Girl, Took Photo Without Consent In Virginia Store, Police Say The man who inappropriately touched a child and took her photo inside a Fairfax County store without consent has been locked up, police say. Reston resident Arturo Elmore-Adon, 25, is behind bars following the investigation into an alleged sexual assault that was reported over the weekend.
