A Mack-truck driver has been charged for failing to maintain his lane leading up to the crash that killed a speeding 23-year-old motorcyclist in Prince William County, police say. Speed is believed to be a factor in a crash involving a motorcyclist who lost control and was struck by a Mack truck in Prince William County on Thursday afternoon, police say.
