'Come Get Me:' Intoxicated Man Called Dispatch, Asked To Be Arrested In Virginia, Sheriff Says An intoxicated 34-year-old man who blew the whistle on himself in Stafford County asked for the sheriff's office to "come get him," which they were happy to do. Stafford resident James Grubb is facing charges following a Sunday night incident, when he was allegedly under the influence and made sure that investigators knew it.
