Four flat tires foiled the 27-year-old Woodbridge resident's failed flight from deputies after being forced to slow down when his Toyota ran over perfectly placed spike strips not far from the Cavalier Family Skating Center. Three Arrested After Fleeing On Foot Following High-Speed Pursuit In Virginia (Updated) New details have been released by the Stafford County Sheriff's Office following Tuesday's police pursuit that landed three people - two who were already wanted - behind bars.  At approximately 5:35 p.m. on July 23, deputies spotted a wanted person in a black Honda Civic heading north on Richmond Highway in the area of Centreport Parkway, which led to a high-speed pursuit through the area.
