Dancing BMW Driver Hanging Out Of Sunroof Busted For Second DUI In North Stafford, Sheriff Says A 26-year-old man having a dance party in a BMW made it easy for deputies from the Stafford County Sheriff's Office to realize he was under the influence on Thursday afternoon, officials say. Stafford resident Nelson Sanchez Hernandez is facing his second DUI offense in five years after he was spotted dancing through an open sunroof of a BMW SUV on Courthouse Road near Dent Road in North Stafford.
