Woman's Morning Commute Interrupted By Unexpected Flash In Virginia: Police A morning drive took a disturbing turn for a 23-year-old woman in Virginia after she witnessed an indecent act by an unknown man in an otherwise quiet neighborhood on Wednesday, police said.
