Police have identified the man and woman found shot to death last month in an apparent Prince William County murder-suicide. A family no stranger to grief is facing the loss of another loved one who was the victim of gun violence in Alexandria. Kwakia Frazier, 25, has been identified by the Alexandria Police Department as the man who was killed in a triple shooting that left a 46-year-old man and teenager suffering from minor injuries. A 26-year-old District man was pronounced dead after being found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds across state lines in Prince George's County, police say.
