Ahmed Reshad Nasseri was arrested this week and charged with aggravated sexual battery dating back to an incident reported on Friday, July 19 in the 5000 block of Seminary Road. According to the Alexandria Police Department, Nasseri worked as a rideshare driver on the night of the incident, and his victim was a passenger he picked up after requesting the ride.
