A Virginia man already facing multiple indecent exposure offenses is back in custody — and this time, police say it didn’t stop at just exposing himself.
Donte Smith, 41, who has no fixed address, was arrested after an indecent exposure incident that escalated into an assault, according to the Arlington County Police Department.
It all happened in the middle of the day.
Officers were called shortly after 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, to the 1100 block of North Highland Street, where police say Smith was outside of a business and allegedly exposed himself.

The Fredericksburg woman with an active warrant is facing multiple charges after a wild Saturday night at Jay’s Sports Lounge in Stafford County, the Sheriff’s Office announced.
Campbell, 28, was arrested on May 31, shortly after 8:30 p.m., after allegedly getting physical with a staff member and being caught with dozens of narcotic pills, police said.

A Stafford teen picked the worst possible moment to come home after a night out—right in the middle of an active police barricade following a high-speed chase involving a suspected drunk driver, authorities said.
The bizarre series of events began around 10:55 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, when a deputy spotted an SUV speeding at more than 85 mph along Richmond Highway near Courage Lane, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.

Sean Carr faces multiple charges after allegedly attacking someone with a Taser, then fleeing and resisting arrest while intoxicated in Stafford, authorities said.
Carr, 21, was arrested after deputies responded to a reported assault on Ottinger Lane around 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
