Jeremy Ingraham was charged with second-degree assault in connection with a physical altercation that occurred around 5:10 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, inside a DC business, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Teen Hospitalized After Shooting in Arlington’s Green Valley Neighborhood A teenage boy is recovering from serious injuries after being shot in Arlington’s Green Valley neighborhood late Saturday, Nov. 16, police said.
