An officer stopped Fredy Ralda Rojas, of Bailey's Crossroads, at 9 p.m. on Saturday June 1 at Glen Carlyn Drive and Glen Carlyn Road, county police tell Daily Voice. The officer saw large amounts of cash and narcotics.
